第一階段 - 代謝|Phase 1 - Metabolism
由於分娩耗血傷氣,產婦氣血虛弱,體力疲乏,千萬不要急於進補,否則會弄巧成拙,不但進補不成,反而造成身體負擔,越補越感疲累。
目的為幫助產婦生新化瘀,排除惡露,促進子宮收縮功能。
剛生產完仍處於傷口修復的階段,此時著重於循序漸進地調整身體,利水消腫,而麻油和酒做成的湯品會促進血液循環,不利於傷口復原,此階段不建議多吃。
After childbirth, mothers often experience blood and energy depletion, leaving them physically weak and fatigued. It’s crucial not to rush into heavy supplementation, as it can backfire, increasing the body's burden and causing greater exhaustion.
The goal of this phase is to promote the regeneration of new blood, eliminate lochia, and enhance uterine contraction functions.
During this stage, the body is still in the process of wound healing. Gradual body adjustment, diuresis, and reducing swelling are key. Soups made with sesame oil or rice wine should be avoided, as they may hinder wound recovery due to their blood circulation-promoting effects.】】
第二階段 - 修復|Phase 2 - Restoration
經過10天的代謝及整腸調補後,進入第二階段的飲食調理。在體力元氣恢復後的第二階段,必須以食療壯腰補腎,否則日後則常為腰鼓痠痛之苦而煩惱。
此階段可陸續進補,調理重點為「營養補給」、「增強體力」。
此時傷口漸漸恢復,可開始食用促進子宮收縮、排除惡露及恢復子宮機能的麻油。補充「鈣質、鎂、不飽和脂肪酸、膳食纖維」等營養素,同時提供媽咪及寶寶足夠的營養。多吃有利哺乳的高蛋白食物及燉補調理的湯品,促進乳汁分泌。
After 10 days of metabolic adjustments and digestive regulation, mothers enter the second phase of dietary care. As energy and physical strength recover, this phase focuses on strengthening the waist and kidneys through proper nutrition to prevent long-term back pain.
Gradual supplementation can begin, emphasizing "nutritional replenishment" and "energy enhancement."
At this stage, wounds gradually heal, allowing the introduction of sesame oil to promote uterine contraction, eliminate lochia, and restore uterine functions. Nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, unsaturated fatty acids, and dietary fiber are essential for both the mother and baby. High-protein foods and nourishing soups can boost milk production and provide necessary sustenance.
第三階段 - 滋補|Phase 3 - Nourishment
修養生息至此,五臟六腑方能吸收較滋補的強效補品,可以開始進食大補元氣之湯方。此階段應特選適合產婦體質的優質蛋白質,並搭配含高維生素E、B群的食材,兼具修補及細胞收縮功能。
第三階段調理重點為「滋補強身」、「養顏美容」。除了乳汁持續供應,體力也要慢慢恢復,著重提升身體抗氧化能力,增加免疫力、抵抗力,同時安神、補氣。
此階段需幫助卵巢及骨盆復原,補腎顧筋骨,促進血液循環。飲食中「維生素B群、鋅、鉀、膠質」的營養需滿足哺乳需求,並以適當熱量攝取為主,避免恢復產前身材過慢。
By this stage, the body’s organs are ready to absorb more potent and nourishing supplements. Mothers can start consuming nutrient-dense soups designed to replenish energy. High-quality proteins suitable for postpartum recovery should be paired with ingredients rich in vitamin E and B-complex to aid cellular repair and contraction.
The focus of Phase 3 is "strengthening the body" and "enhancing beauty." Alongside continued lactation, physical stamina should gradually improve. This phase prioritizes boosting antioxidant capacity, strengthening immunity, and promoting relaxation and energy replenishment.
Support for ovarian and pelvic recovery is crucial, as well as kidney care, muscle and bone health, and improving blood circulation. Dietary intake should include nutrients like vitamin B-complex, zinc, potassium, and collagen to meet breastfeeding needs, while maintaining appropriate calorie consumption to aid postpartum weight recovery.
