退貨條件 / Conditions for Return

  2. 不可退貨產品類型 / Non-Returnable Products

    • 因個人偏好（例如口味、香味等）而要求退貨的產品。

    • Opened or partially used beverages, soups, food, and personal hygiene items.
    • Products returned due to personal preferences (e.g., taste, scent).

  3. 退貨時限 / Return Timeframe
    所有退貨申請需於購買日期後的7日內提交，並附上購買憑證。
    All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase.

退貨流程 / Return Process

    • 退貨原因

    Please contact our customer service team via email or hotline with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or Videos of the damaged product (if applicable)

  2. 退貨批准 / Return Approval
    我們的團隊將在收到您的申請後72小時內進行審核。一旦批准，我們將提供退貨地址或其他相關指引。
    Our team will review your request within 72 hours of receipt. Once approved, we will provide the return address or other relevant instructions.

  3. 退貨運費 / Return Shipping
    • 因產品瑕疵或運輸損壞的退貨，運費由我們承擔。
    • 因其他原因退貨，運費和手續費由顧客自行承擔。

    • For returns due to product defects or transit damage, shipping costs will be covered by us.
    • For returns due to other reasons, shipping costs and fee will be borne by the customer.

  4. 退款處理 / Refund Processing
    退款將在我們收到並檢查退回的產品後14個工作日內處理，並通過原付款方式退還。
    Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product and will be issued via the original payment method.

  2. 經退貨的產品，因為衛生和污染問題，我們將會全數傾倒、銷毀，不再回收、重置或是二次販售，請消費者謹慎考慮。 Returned products will be entirely discarded and destroyed due to hygiene and contamination concerns. They will not be recycled, restored, or resold. Please consider carefully before making a return.

  3. 我們保留最終解釋權與修改政策的權利，恕不另行通知。 We reserve the right to interpret and modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
