The manufacturing process involves high pressure extraction to maintain nutrition. 

Directions for use: Leave whole package in hot water for 3-5 minutes, open and drink.

Storage: Two years shelf life stored at room temporature. Once opened, comsume as soon as possible.
Recommended for anyone , especially women after giving birth. Not suitable for pregnant women.
