🌱 Phase 1: Detox & Metabolism (First 10 Days) 代謝
Post-labor focuses on blood and Qi recovery. Avoid rushing into heavy toning. Our Phase 1 broth helps promote new tissue growth, remove blood clots, expel lochia, and support uterine contraction. Aims to reduce water retention and gently reset your system.

🌱 Phase 2: Repair & Strength (Next 10 Days) 修復
Focus shifts to "nutrition replenishment" and "boosting energy". Increase intake of calcium, magnesium, unsaturated fatty acids, and dietary fiber. Supports both mom and baby’s nutrient needs, encourages milk production with high-protein foods and nourishing soups, and helps prevent future back and waist pain.

🌱 Phase 3: Rejuvenation & Nourishment (Final 10 Days) 滋補
Emphasis on "strengthening vitality" and "beauty wellness". Besides supporting milk supply, this phase enhances antioxidant capacity, boosts immunity, and calms the mind. Aims to restore ovarian and pelvic health, strengthen bones/joints, and improve circulation. Includes vitamins B, zinc, potassium, and collagen suitable for lactation, with appropriate caloric intake for healthy weight recovery.
